If you won the Lottery...
Pay off my house and student loans, expand my kitchen and buy my DH a boat. The rest I would help out family and friends and put into an account for my babies

A few hundred million??
For that amount of money...
1. Immediately quit my job
2. I love my house but hate my neighbors so I'm not sure if I'd move. I'd buy a place in CA and London.
3. My car is 13 years old... a new car but nothing expensive.
4. Travel with my family every school vacation.

Quit my job. Pay off credit cards, mortgage, student loans.
Trusts for the kids so they are set and likely with stipulations so they don't become a$$holes and spend all the $.
Buy a house on the water. Keep my current home because I love it and do all the projects I want. There's a lot.
Buy DH a fun car, boat, and a country club membership so he can play golf to his hearts content.
Buy a vacation home.
Lots of travel!
Pay off whatever my parents have remaining and do whatever they want because they have helped my family so much and I really don't know what to ever do to repay them.
I would also help certain family members and friends out.

Make custom cushions for some benches
I need a few side tables and lamps so I would go high end from first dibs for some mid century modern ones.

But I'd quit with style- remember the movie batman where the joker had a parade for himself- rolling down the street on a big float that was shaped like a cake and he was throwing money all over the place? Like that.

I would have another baby, buy a bigger car, bedroom furniture for us and help our families out

Practical thing...... well if for whatever reason we weren't going to give our house away, if i have millions i would never sell my house id give it to a homeless family in our school district but if we were staying then i would convert to gas from oil. Then landscape the front / back and add irrigation.

Quit my current job and find a job where I can work from home or part time to spend more time with my baby. 
Also, a new car. Nothing crazy or fancy- I just want a Honda CRV!
ETA: Oh and of course pay off our mortgage!

Pay off debts (student loan, mortgage, etc). Then I'd like to open a full service accounting/financial services firm employing women and men who need flexible hours with a free daycare.
