Anyone experience something like this? (Back related)
So I have always had some type of lower back issue. Mainly tightness. I naturally stand arched at my lower back.
When I was pregnant it got worse, and now even worse, I think because of the way I hold her and stand, etc.
So what's happening is I'll move a certain way, or walk, or stand and getting a shooting sensation in my glutes and hamstrings. Sometimes even down my hips. I also notice that when I stand up really straight it's much better.
Nerves? Discs?
Any ideas?
And what doc would I go see?
I may also start by stretching regularly to see if it subsides. I work out and don't notice it getting worse from that, perhaps even better from that, if that helps decide what it may be.
TIA

Def Sciatica. You can see a chriopractor to help adjust it and also to provide massage and electro stimulation to help the pain. I use Dr. Rinaldi in Deer Park. He is so nice and always gets my back to feeling great when my sciatica flares up.

Sciatica for sure, I fell down the stairs last summer and had it for about 4-5 weeks. It was HORRIBLE. Thankfully, I rarely feel it anymore, just a small twinge here and there.
