Probiotics ?
Hi All. The last couple of weeks we have had 5 birthday parties and MDW on top of that - all that junk food did a number on my stomach.
I was looking for some kind of probiotic to get my belly back on track. Any recommendations? Or does anyone have any other natural remedies to help?

I'm a big fan of Garden of Life probiotics. My 1 year old takes their probiotic for kids every am in her yogurt or cereal. Very high quality. If you do go that route, order from vitacost...they cold ship to maintain potency

Pro Bio 5 by Plexus.
The best pro bio hands down.
