Best website to search for commercial property?
Where do you look for commercial listings? I tried MLSLI but it seems very limited.
Or is it best to just drive around, find sites and call the property managers directly for info?
Primarily looking to lease but purchase could be an option.
Tx!

I've used all of the above but ultimately found what I was looking for by driving around. I just stopped in and spoke with the owner.
