Feeling Violated
Im so annoyed and upset, my husband and I were sleeping when someone shot at our window using a pellet gun. It happened this weekend and I had my baby in bed with us. We are on the first floor and my other kids are upstairs. We moved to this town over a year ago into our first house. I never keep the windows open but I was finally feeling save and decided to open them. They are the panel windows and double paned. The pellet went through one pane and didn't hit the other or our screen. We didn't know what had happened at first, it was after 1am and then my husband jumped out and ran outside. We live on a cul de sac and our house is closest to the main rode. We are hoping to see if someone had security cameras. My husband saw the car turn off the street. We called the cops and they came quickly. Im just so upset and Im having trouble sleeping. I feel like it was some one we know but since they shot into our bedroom window but still. We are very quiet people with young kids. I don't understand what goes through someones mind to do this?? Thanks for letting me vent.

 Im so sorry. I think that would shake up anyone. Hopefully someone has cameras and the cops can get some information.

I'm so sorry :( It was probably stupid kids who have nothing better to do with their time. Hopefully the police can track them down!
