Looking for restaurant for parents' 50th
Something nice where we can all dress up.
Only about 30 people though.. I was looking into La Piazza in Merrick (both of my showers were there and we love it, but I think we need more people for the catering part)
Preferably Nassau. And with a private room/section.

How about Seventh Street Cafe in Garden City or Vetro (it's in Howard Beach though)

Umbertos in New Hyde Park. They have a private catering room.
Prime has a beautiful private room. (Or Harbor Club next door).

La Famiglia in Babylon. They have a private room upstairs and the food is absolutely amazing!

Revel in garden city, and novita across the street. Revel is a little fancier but both are nice.

If you definitely have 30 and La Piazza isn't booked, I think they might give you the room.
