Wording help

I like the first one.

ETA: I wouldn't do the second one because you say THIS evening and then SEATS. So you make it specific with 'this' and then put in general with 'seats'. It's not a parallel structure to me.

Wait where should the comma be? I do not see the word "though."

I like the first one because it seems like you are directing it at each person and one person only can occupy a seat (not seats).

I think she meant there should be a comma before the word "AND". I think it's a matter of style preference and doesn't have to be there, but could be

I already replied above but to me, feet/seat sounds much better than feet/seats.
