How much do you pay a bartender?
How much would you pay a bartender who is also a very close friend to bartend a party?
Figured I'd ask bc it hasn't been brought up, but I want to make sure it's enough. THanks!

The standard for hiring through a company is $125 for 4 hours plus gratuity. I use the same girl every year for a big party and give her a minimum of $150. She usually stays longer than 4 hours so I add $10 for each additional hour she stays.

I waitressed and the bartender was always more than us, at least $30 an hr or more.
