can i complain about this?
My street was just repaved a couple years ago. Recently we had ALOT of work done on our street, as a result there are about 15 patches from holes that were dug (the patches are done pretty bad) and spraypaint all over the road and curbs to mark utilities and stuff. The machinery left marks all over, little dents i guess you could say. It looks horrible and ive waited a while to see if the stuff would go away with wear and tear and rain!!!!!
can i call the town to complain or am i stuck with this? im just annoyed bc we finally got the street paved and it was so nice!

can i complain about this?
From a previous post the other day it sounds like you can call the town for complete nonsense so I would say yes, since this actually sounds like an issue (driving over poorly patched streets, tripping in dents, etc) you could definitely call.

I would DEFINITELY call the town. They are the ones that probably caused the damage.

you can call but they wont come out for the spray paint and markings. They will fix the patches if they are sunken etc.
