Microsoft Excel/Mail Merge help
need some help with labels.
I have an excel spread sheet that has all pertinent info for address labels. When I make the labels I want to add the line "To the parents of".
Do I just add a column to my spreadsheet or is there another way?

If it's going to be on every label, just type "To the parents of" in the Word file. Then insert all the fields under it and merge.
