gift for coworker help (sick)
Just found out a coworker of mine has cancer. He's a young guy with two very young children, and I just feel awful. He will be starting his treatment soon, and I wanted to get him a little gift to boost his spirits a bit. Any ideas?

Oh no. So sorry to hear that! Do you know if hes into sports or cars?? Maybe a whole bunch of magazines or a couple of books of something he really enjoys.

I'd definitely say books or gift cards to B&N or Amazon or iTunes or something (if you know he downloads movies/music/books from there). Something so he can entertain himself and his kids while he's going through treatment.

iTunes or B&N gift card
Gift card to a local pizza place so his family can order dinner one night.
Someone got me a small Lego set when I was on chemo - it made the Back to the Future DeLorean and it was waaaay cool and fun to put together.

sorry to hear this! i have a friend my age going through treatment. I really had no idea what to get her so i gave her a restaurant gc in case she didn't want to cook.
