At what point would you wake up a 1 month old during the day?

Is there a certain amount of time you would let a 1 month old sleep before you would wake them to nurse (or even to make sure they sleep at night)?

During the day I never let my children sleep more than, or go longer than 4 hours between eating because I didn't want them to get their days and nights confused. Long stretches should be at night, not during the day.

During the day I would wake them if they weren't up by 4 hours after their last feeding. At night, go as long as you want...please actually.

I wouldn't wake them up, they'll def wake up if they're hungry, if not, it's because they need their sleep, especially at that age.

My ped had told me not to let DD go longer than 3 hours during the day between feelings. At night I never woke her.

Ummmm never, lol! My DD didn't sleep for more than 45 minutes at that point, so I didn't have that problem. I'm pretty sure babies sleep as much as they need, so I wouldn't wake them up at all.

Never wake a sleeping baby unless maybe the baby is having weight gain issues.
