One of the MAIN reasons to make pot legal in the US
I'm not a doctor… but I just can't see that inhaling anything besides air into your lungs can be safe over the long term for your respiratory system.
Regardless of what additives are inside the smoke or not..

As far as it killing you & dying from it, what about cancer? Isn't it worse than smoking cigarettes? I know some people use vaporizers, is that healthier? But in general people smoke it, unfiltered, right? I can't see how that would not be a cause for cancer, which could definitely kill someone.
Because it's not the ACT of smoking that causes cancer. It's the poison you are smoking. The urine and chemicals in cigarettes you won't find in pot.
Smoking pot isn't the same as smoking a cigarette when it comes to cancer.
Proof provided that smoking pot is an alternative (and government approved) method to TREAT cancer.
actually, smoking pot has the same effect on the body and lungs as cigarettes. the same effect on ones circulation, lower birth rates etc.

I think it should be legalized definitely for medical purposes. I also think you should be allowed to have 5 grams on you without getting into legal trouble.
As for selling it, I think it needs to be regulated. I would hate to see it all over like in Amsterdam. However, other cities in the Netherlands do not have tons and I prefer that to Amsterdam.
I rarely smoke these days anymore, but when I do, I mix it with tobacco. I can't go back to using it pure.
