gallery wall question
does anyone have ideas or links to help me put together a gallery wall when i still don't have all the pieces i want to display?
i would love to have the wall over the living room couch to be a gallery wall. the thing is that i still haven't decided all the pieces i want to put on the wall... for example, i have two pieces of my own art, but i haven't framed them yet.
i'd like to slowly start putting what i already have up... but i'd like to have an idea of where to go with it all.
thanks for any info.

gallery wall question
we just put up our gallery wall over our living room couch this weekend. i have no idea how to post photos on this site though to show you. it took 6 months to finally find all the pieces and we didn't put it up until we had all the pieces. i can't imagine hanging it up in parts, i feel like it wouldn't come out right though. we moved our frames about 100 times before we decided where to hang them. maybe others have done it this way but i cant imagine doing it. if you go on pinterest it will show you ways to set it up and how to hang it up.

Re: gallery wall question
Pinterest is a good source. They recommend paper cutouts to get the design, before you start making a bunch of nail holes.

I was just going to say this. Use paper cutouts and tape them in place until you figure out where you want things, and then just put the nail through the paper and pull it away. I would label the cutouts with which picture it represents though!
