omg pimp: dh and i discuss a stool sample
we were just crying laughing and I had to share this. dh had his physical this morning and the doctor gave him the kit to get a stool sample. dh prefaced the discussion by saying he was reading the instructions on the train and was going to vomit just reading how to get the sample! we just cried laughing, they want you to catch the poop with toilet paper (omg crying laughing typing this!!) and they want you to get a sample from DIFFERENT SECTIONS OF THE POOP!!!!!!
dh said he probably will not be able to do this
hope no one was eating

I had to do this when they thought I might have had cdiff. Even worse, I had to do it at a particular time, which was when I was at work.

we discussed it again. there are certain foods he's not allowed to eat for like 3 days before attempting this.
his latest exclamation: "they really think i'm going to catch my shit in toilet paper then go dissect the shit then put the shit in a tube and mail it? they're outa their f minds."
(again we cracked up)
if nothing else it's provided quite a bit of comic relief i must say. i mean its just for screening purposes; if he gf had something going on i'd force him to do it
glad some of you got a kick out of it on the thread
