When my mom started to work after being a SAHM, she started at a department store part time. She's been there 20 years now and loved the interaction with customers.

When my mom returned to the work force she was able to get a part time position at a place she had been volunteering at for many years. If your aunt has done any volunteer work she might want to start there or look for jobs that are similar or require similar skills.
