What is the max you would pay for concert tickets?
My DH would pay more but, I would say no more than $200.
It's hard though - you see a ticket with a face value of $125 and instantly there are $25 in fees! So it gets high quickly.

I paid around $350 for VIP seats once. I wouldn't pay that much again. I'd say $150 max.

My max is $200 but it really depends on the artist and venue.
I would not pay $500 - $1000 unless I was sitting front row and got to meet the artist.

Ha! I'm totally wondering the same. I'm seeing her in September and I'm wondering what the atmosphere is going to be like. Definitely going to be a mixed crowd!
I think the OP asked what the range is for Adele tickets: face value tickets for her shows at MSG are (before service charges) $40-150. Not sure what the VIP packages are priced at and what they include.

I have spent insane amount on World Series or Stanley cup games

Spend 500 on shoes,I get mine at target lol

What is the max you would pay for concert tickets?
I paid $280 to see Maroon 5 and had good but not great seats. I went with my sister and we both agreed $300 would be our top dollar. So for someone I really like I would have to say $300 max.

DH and I were just talking about this a few weeks ago when pearl jam tix went on sale. We agreed our max was 300/ticket.
We ended up getting MSG for $450/pair and Wrigley for $188/pair.

my DH went through the same thing for Adele. wanted to buy them for me for xmas. as soon as they went on sale they were on stub hub for 8 x the price.
i bought tix to peter gabriel and sting b/c he's my favorite and i havent been to a concert since 2007. spent $300 for my dad and I.
I would have went for the $250 seats but DH was ******** about it. that would be my max.

Nowadays, I don't think I would pay more than $100.
I have paid close to $200 in the past for great seats at shows I really wanted to see, but I'm just not into it anymore.

We will probably get the $500 tickets. In a previous life, I only wanted to sit in good seats. I told DH I am ok with sitting in the back.

Concerts aren't my thing, which is why I rarely go. I actually want to go see Adele.
My splurge is travel. I love to travel.

Most I paid was a lil over 300 that was for VIP front row. Id never pay that for so so seats.

For a once in a
Lifetime type of thing? A lot. For example a friend and I are die hard mets fans. We paid about $800 each to go to the World Series.
I have fantasizes about sitting on the floor for bully Joel. And paying for good seats. But I can't. They are $250-$500 and that I won't do. And I LOVE bully Joel.
If I could get GOOD seats I think I would pay $200 each, but that would be once.

Depends on the show. Especially for legendary artists getting up in age, some of these tours may be the last chance to see them.

Depends on the show.
A few years ago I paid about 150-200 each to see New Order. They hadn't played in years and they are my favourite, so I was willing to pay scalper prices for them.
The most I ever paid was 300 each to go to the Eurovision final.
