Quick question about dog toy

My dogs most favorite favorite toy got gorilla glue on it last night when she dragged it over something I was working on. It's got a big chunk of glue on part of the toy- would you wash it or throw it out?

Re: Quick question about dog toy

Depends what kind of toy- my dog's favorite is the shell of a Tuffy Toy so there'd be no getting the glue completely off of it. If it were one of the plastic or rubbery ones, I'd just try to clean it.

Re: Quick question about dog toy

I would wash it. I learned that lesson after dogs favorite toy was eaten by another dog. Now I buy multiples of his favorite toys.

Quick question about dog toy

It's a plush toy- I tried to wash it and it exploded with stuffing all over my washing machine. I can order a new one online but I know she will know it's not the same!

Chat Icon She'll come to love it again, I'm sure. I've ordered probably about 10 copies of the same toy over the past 10 years, especially since I have two dogs and need to order two at a time since it's a favorite of BOTH of them. Chat Icon
