Quarter cow?
Does anyone buy their meat this way?
I've always been intrigued by this idea. Do you know of any local places? How long wil the meat last in a deep freeze?

There is a butcher on Wantagh Ave. In Wantagh called Meat Grinder that runs freezer specials every week. Everyone raves about these specials. I buy my meat from him but since it just DS & I we have no need for a big freezer special. Everything we get from him is great.
