Craigslist and Jobs

When an employer puts up a job, is it something they manually have to do every time or is there time limits?

Meaning, can you input that you want it to appear on a Monday and then a Friday (or any length of time) or would they have to go in manually and put the ad up again?

For CL, you have to post each ad, each time manually. It is like $50 each time.

Re: Craigslist and Jobs

So I guess I can assume that they have interviewed people and were not interested in them so they are trying to see if they can get more applicants.

Oh and I just asked a friend who uses this service and she said it IS $50 but for the month so they can bump up the ad any time in that month.

I post weekly on CL for available positions within my company, and you have to pay each time you want to "bump" the ad.

Hmm..ok. This is from my gf:
We pay $50.00 a month and it lasts a month. You can bump it during the month but after that it's a charge each time you re-post.

I wonder why you have to pay?
