I just need to get this out
But I seriously can't stand the humblebragging all over FB.
If I see on more "THANKFUL!!!!" or "#blessed" post (and these are people who are THANKFUL and #blessed to take a shit) I'm gonna scream 
There are people who do not do it out of a sincere feeling of gratitude. It's people who just like to appear so "humbled" by their amazing lives that they need to display it all over FB.

At least they are being semi humble. I cant stand those who show off their gifts online.. CL Heels, new LV bag... Are you 6 years old?

I disagree, I personally think a humblebrag is a step worse on the bragging chart than, hey look I got this awesome X for Christmas. They're pretending
I personally don't see too much wrong with posting about something nice I just got, so long as its not super often or super annoying.

This annoys me but not as much as the ones posting their own good deeds so everyone can tell them what a great person they are. "Bought lunch for a homeless guy during my break today. Couldn't just walk by an ignore him". Did you do it out of the kindness of your heart or so you could post on Facebook? Altruism is dead.

This doesn't bother me AS MUCH as the others because if it makes just one other person do something for someone else, it was a good post.
I absolutely hate the posts on gifts from DH , constant #blessed posts - those get me most. Especially when they come from people who I know their true colors.

The ones that thank their spouses for everyday normal things. I had one that thanked her dh for driving the family someplace (couple hour trip but still).
I always wonder if they had that bad of relationships before this to think these things are out of the ordinary.

I deactivated my Facebook account on New Year's Eve. My resolution is "Less Facebook, more Real books". I want to get back to reading more books and not wasting time on FB. I am addicted to it, though. NYE was less than a week ago and I feel like I've been off for years. I'm still going to check LIF and Instagram. Can't give everything up!

Yep they need the recognition that their spouse is just so awesome or that we need to put them up on a pedestal because they do normal things or have a birthday lol.
