Website that buys designer handbags?
I have a few designer handbags that I haven't used in forever and know I won't. Has anyone had luck with one of those websites that buy your used handbag? Is there one you recommend that has a rep for giving you the most for it?
They're beautiful (once very loved) bags that are just not my style anymore. I hate to see them just sit there.

Are you on FB?
If so, do you belong to the buy and sell pages? A lot of people sell their good bags on there. Or, maybe try selling on here .

Re: Website that buys designer handbags?
Yeah, I'm on fb... I've actually never sold on buy/sell boards. I've heard stories where the item is received by people who claim it's not in the condition advertised (When it is!) or person changes their mind, etc etc etc and becomes a nightmare experience.
I'm SURE that's not common and I know people swear by buy/sell boards! Just makes me nervous as a newbie.
It's couple Burberry haymarket check bags and a leather Marc Jacobs.

TheRealReal--my DH's cousin works there and has sold a few of my DVF dresses. I think it's the easiest site to deal with.
I've also used ThredUp---bought and sold on it and had great experience.
I used to recommend Poshmark but they take such a huge cut and it takes awhile to sell.

There's a seller on ebay called linda*s***stuff. She sells on consignment and has a very high rating - feedback from over 570,000 people. Haven't used her but I'd buy from her. She advertises that she will consign your items and she sells a lot of designer items.
