Quick question
I am generally a no stockings and open toe shoe person. I just don't like the look.
But I happen to be wearing a cute black dress with black tights right now. I can wear regular back pumps, but I actually think it looks better with these little peep toe booties I have. Do you think I can do that?

Make your own fashion statement girl! but me personally would not wear any stockings or tights with open shoes, but that's just my preference.

Yes, you can wear stockings with a peephole toe shoe. It is winter, after all.
