Eating healthy come Monday?
Anyone else with me? I'm giving myself today to be bad and then back to healthy on Monday! I feel like poo with all this bad and excessive eating. Mentally cloudy and physically .. Ugh! Who else?

Wait a minute. I thought we decided as a group no eating healthy until after the new year!!!!!

Loosen the pants, eat and be merry
I did buy lettuces in the hope I eat salad instead of crap...I'll remind myself to eat it as not to waste money on food going bad, so i will try. add: bought kale today as well.
I did finish all the ice cream so I wont have that staring me in the face every-night

Haha!! I was going to wait until then but ... I gotta stop. I just had leftover pasta salad (so delicious!!) and cherry pie for breakfast

ohh, cherry pie, you wont believe this but I never had cherry pie....
if it wasn't ala mode, than, the pie does not count :)

You aren't the only one. Yesterday the gym was packed! I couldn't even get a treadmill. For the record, I have been eating healthy since June, but the last 2 weeks I have been binging. I started fresh today (and then DH asked me to make him a mac and cheese UGH!).

Eating healthy come Monday?
I am waiting until next Monday. I have sooooo many cookies and cakes leftover from Christmas since I hosted. New Years is this week too. I am pregnant, but that is no excuse lol so I will tone it down next week (as I sit here typing with powdered sugar on my big belly) haha.

The scale told me I gained SIX POUNDS since thursday morning... but I'm stuffing my face with sweets as I type this. I will be doing so until New Years weekend. Then I'm going back to healthy, if not even more strictly so!

LOL not me.
I've been eating like I have two assholes for the past week. I'll stop after New Year's. I have pretty good willpower so I know that the few extra pounds I put on will come right off once I'm done acting like I'm going to the electric chair.
I also limit my alcohol most of the year...not this past week.
I just don't give a shit. My cat died a few weeks ago, the holidays can go fck themselves this year.

DH says he's back to clean eating tomorrow. He made some slow cooker chicken for tomorrow's dinner already so i'm optimistic.
I think i'll join him. Just got back from vacay and i feel like a balloon.
