Re: New Years Eve - plans with teen

Did you find out first if he has plans already? He IS 17 lololol.

Anywho, we are having a party and my dd said "maybe" to it lol. She has gone to sleepovers other years or have had friends over. Maybe you can do dinner and a movie or something.

He doesn't have any plans - maybe he will, but I don't think so. We were supposed to go away but now we aren't. Not much (nothing apparently lol) out there to do with older teens!

New Years Eve - plans with teen

I've seen some bowling events....300 Bowl is nice, as is The All Star in Riverhead. Dave and Busters? I don't think any organized events that go on until midnight allows teens though to be honest.

What are you looking to do with him? Something that involves the ball dropping? Are all places over 18?

Yes - something that we could be dong at midnight, see the ball drop etc. Doesn't seem like there is anything like that around. We may go to a friend's house, but was wondering if there's anything else out there to do.

Maybe look into catering halls around.
