Snapfish delays
I know they've been completely overwhelmed and cannot complete any orders before the holidays it seems. I waited in an online queue of 200+ people, to chat with support, only to be told it will be processed in another 1-5 days and then shipped.
I placed the order last Friday, with 2 day shipping. I should have had it this past Monday the latest. They wont waive shipping either.
Just a vent. They do all this advertising and cannot make good on anything. Wont be using them again next yr.

I am having an issue with another company. Shipped out on Monday said delivery today. Got half of my order yesterday. Nothing today.... It has been sitting in Melville since tuesday.

That stinks I hope you get them in time.
I ordered from zulily almost 4 weeks ago and finally received my order. Never ordering from them again.
I did hear that UPS is also late on delivering packages because so many people are ordering on line now.

That really sucks.We always get from Walmart and my SIL got from Walgreens and we both had fantastic experiences. Sometimes those places are better then the big photo sites and I think they are just as beautiful.

I was reading their FB page. Tons of horrific posts and reviews. Most people are calling their credit card co, and stopping payment. Think I will do the same tomorrow.

i had a ton of old pics on snapfish of Jessie, i wanted a book made after she died in Sept. They cancelled my order for no reason, and when i asked why i never got a reply. I havent used snapfish in years. Im definitely never using them again for anything.

I would absolutely dispute payment with my credit card. The fact that they won't waive shipping that you paid extra for is ridiculous. They wouldn't be getting a dime from me!!

My friend is having a horrible experience with them as well. And paid for the express shipping....still no cards.

If you are trying for cards, I've used staples two years in a row and have been very happy. Next day they are ready to be picked up.

i order holiday cards before thanksgiving for this reason. i would do the same thing for photo gifts. this is another reason why i'm not a fan of online shopping. there's always seems to be an issue with shipping

I got my cards today and they came out awful!!!! The kids picture was blurry. I'm so upset!!!

I used them too, and they explained to me that 2 days is not really 2 days. It means 2 days production time, plus 2 day shipping. I wasn't happy but at least I got them out last week. My picture looked blurry too and darker than the proof. I complained and got a refund. UGH So much for 20% ebates
