What brand multivitamin do you take
I felt sick with the new ones I tried. Was at Whole Foods trying to find new ones. Picked something up but so many to choose from.

Any vitamin will make you sick on an empty stomach
I never take vits in the morning
Always at night, with dinner
I just use store brand-

I usually take centrum. I take vitamins before bed usually with crackers. I can not take them any other time, otherwise I get nauseous.

Same- the gummy ones. Though I find some of the flavors are better than others. I couldn't WAIT to finish my last bottle they were so gross.

What brand multivitamin do you take
I take a LOT of supplements, but I also used to work in the industry - funnily enough however, I do not use the brands I used to work for.
I swear by The Synergy Company. I take the womens multi, B complex, eye protector, and SuperFood complex. I also take turmeric, a probiotic and kelp from NOW.

XFactor Multivitamin by Plexus.
It's the only aloe based on the market.
Makes my hair and nails grow super fast too.
I can take it on an empty stomach and never any Nasuea issues for me!
