Crock pot question
We are having a pot luck at work today and I made a turkey chili in the crock pot. I plugged it in at 8, but didn't realize I put it on warm. At 10, I turned it on high.
If they want to have lunch at 12 or 12:30, will it have cooked long enough? The meat was pre-cooked when it went in, so it really just has to simmer a while.

If the meat was pre-cooked then yes it will be fine. Just make sure that having it on high doesn't dry it out. Since it was cooked, warm should be ok too to just mix all the flavors together.

Re: Crock pot question
If it's already cooked, it should be warm enough by then.

Crock pot question
Whew, thanks! I was kind of freaking out that it wouldn't be edible.
