thank you all for helping me make sure yesterday's dinner didn't exclude SO's DIL.

i took extra care to keep the non-gluten free cornbread stuffing away from everything else. i called her early in the day to let her know the menu and what was and was not gluten free.

i am VERY HAPPY to say that this was the first time i saw her show up to an event WITHOUT bringing her own food!

with all the items i had never made before, i am also VERY HAPPY to say that there was only one fail... the biscuits. i think i might have used the wrong mix.
