Wheatfields is delicious, as is Lilly's, and the bar/restaurant across the street, it's set in a bit, dunbars or something like that (kid friendly). We go for relaxing weekends and just take it easy. There is the Saratoga winery as well, kid friendly, very nice, good wine, beautiful.

It's going to be nice so you could walk around Saratoga state park. I like wheat fields and prime. The local and Roma's have good sandwiches for lunch. The parting glass and gaffneys are good bar and grills
Not sure when you're getting here but Ballston Spa has a parade on Friday night at 6:30 pm. It's about 10 minutes south of Saratoga. Saratoga festival of trees is also this weekend at the city center.
