Amazon Prime
My husband added me under his shared household account for his prime membership. But every time I try to place an order for prime elegible items, it never shows up with the shipping options. My account says I have the prime membership through him. I just got done with their customer service and they confirmed that I'm under his account and should have no problems. I talked to two different customer service reps. But it's still not working.
Does anyone else have this issue? Am I doing something wrong at checkout?

If it says "free 2 day shipping" at checkout that means its prime - is that what you mean?

It doesn't say that on mine. It was charging me for 2 day. I looked at it under my husband's account and the whole checkout is so different.

This is what I do.
If there is something for him that's a surprise - I have my parents buy it on their prime and reimburse them.

My sister told me she doesn't get 2 day shipping bc she's not the main account holder. I think she gets free shipping on prime items but it's not 2 day.
