Sending email to someone who doesn't speak English?
I have a student who is not behaving but mom doesn't speak English. To call her requires the translation department and I seriously don't have time to call during the day. But I can email at home. However, I don't speak Chinese and she doesn't speak English. Is there a service that can translate emails?

There are websites that translate, but it may not be perfect

Is it possible her email is already being rec'd in chinese?
How about sending her an email saying you need to speak to her & see what she prefers.
Maybe she will have a translater.

I would do a translation website.
But you need to determine if it is Cantonese or Mandarin.
