The man was in a car accident but it has a humorous ending...
I wasn't even going to post about this because he is just FINE thank goodness but I had to once I got the details  and you'll see why...
My boyfriend was in a car accident yesterday. Someone hit him and sent him into another car while he was on his way home from work. The car is totaled (rear ended) and luckily it wasn't HIS personal car bc he gets a work car from his job to take to and from. He broke his foot and his hand in two places! When it first happened he was just so concerned for the two elderly people the guy that hit him sent him into that he got up and out of the car, ran to them, and radioed for help right away to dispatch. I'm like you got out and ran to them with a broken foot?! He's like, yeah apparently I was in some shock lol. He's like then when they were alright I realized, shit my foot and hand hurt bad!
I'm like, then what?! He's like, well then I called you and told you I was going to the hospital and not to worry when I didn't come over. He's like and then the guy that hit my car nearly shit himself bc he realized I'm a cop and got freaked out bc he hit me but I told him no worries, it was an accident, it happens. There was no negligence on the guy's part like drinking or cell phone use.
So, he goes, you have had quite the impact on me, you realize that?? I'm like, me? Why?? He goes, the ambulance shows up, gets me on a stretcher and my foot is starting to swell. So the EMT, and I know her from work so she's very nice, just grabs a sharp pair of special scissors and goes to cut my shoes right off! I'm like oh wow! What did you say??
I said, don't you DARE, those are Cole Haan!!!
 
I said, oh honey I'm so proud of you!! You have come such a long way from wearing nothing but camoflouge and free t-shirts from departmental fundraisers! And Cabela's gear like you are a walking advertisement for them!
He goes, I thought to myself - this is what Danielle would say. No, don't!! Those are Cole Haan!! LMAO! He said the EMT lady got such a kick out of that and carefully removed the shoes, which hurt more, but that's the sacrifice you make for quality fashion!
I'm like well, they are fabulous shoes. He's like, I have to agree - when you're right, you're right.
Off to the hospital he went and he is in a cast and on crutches and his hand is in a cast also. But he's just fine!
Had to share that funny though

He has become such a little fashion wh0re.
For a man who thought couture was Kohls - I really can't believe it!!
Now he covets his Brooks Brothers shirts and ties! So funny.
My brother got on the phone with him and told him to get a real accident
He's like, hand? Foot?? I broke my pelvis! LOL!
