SEARS is AWFUL
I bought a tv 2 years ago and paid for a warranty so its not working. I call set up an appointment for them to come yesterday. they said my window was 10-2....I call at 10:20 just to see if they knew around what time they would be here and they tell me oh they had the wrong address so they cancelled my appointment. no call and no show and they said they cant come until 8 DAYS LATER! wtf?
so I was obviously annoyed but after 5 phone calls and being hung up on nothing changed
They do not care at all........This happen to me last summer with a fridge I ordered.
they no showed 3 times that I finally cancelled the order and bought from Best Buy

Someone else here had a bad experience if I remember correctly. So sorry they gave you such a hard time!

Sears really is awful. I stopped bothering with them years ago. They have horrible customer service.

THIS! Post on their FB page. Long story short, I went back and forth for over a month, multiple visits from repair, calls and calls and calls - on hold and hung up on. Someone told me to post on their FB page. That's what worked. I had a manager contact me and after explains my situation, they replaced my fridge - upgraded and delivered 2 days later on a. Sunday - no charge.
FB page - that will get you what you need.
It's unfortunate it has to come to that but it's the only way. Their customer service is the worst

I had a horrible experience with Sears in the beginning of the year and had to bring my issue to corporate. I have the person's contact information if you want/need it.

I won't buy anything from Sears either anymore. Our snowblower broke down in December while it was still under warranty, and they could not send a repairman to look at it until February, ridiculous.

I had an awful experience with Sears and their service for appliances. At one point during our conversation when I asked to speak to a manager, I was transferred to a phone sex line. I called corporate and complained. I won't shop there for anything and it's been 9 years.

I agree! I have been a customer of theirs for longer than I can remember and never had a single complaint!
