I've heard that before. It's a shame.
On a different note.. Anyone here about the CEO of zappos and he lives in a trailer by choice? That company is amazing.

Zappos is owned by amazon fwiw. I saw complaints about amazon on reddit the other day. I am becoming less and less a fan of the company. We don't have prime and items now take two to three weeks to ship for free. When I have paid for shipping, the items still are not coming when promised. I now actually shop elsewhere because I have become increasingly displeased with their service. My last few orders have arrived broken, late, or missing pieces.

Oh man...you know, whenever I call customer service, it's pretty clear that they are outsourced and that always bothered me, even though I've rarely had a bad experience with them.
Reading this is just disturbing. I wonder if it really is 100% true.
I stopped shopping at Walmart because of the way employees are treated and I'd hate if I had to stop shopping at Amazon. I have been a customer for as long as I can remember.

Interesting.
I also personally boycott walmart. Was never the hugest fan of amazon (clear from my posts) and this leaves an even more bitter taste in my mouth.
