lawn service and quality
i have a lawn service. i pay them for weekly cuts.
we had weeds which i called and asked them to treat and got charged for that.
i had to have them treat it again because the weeds came back. charged me again.
just got my bill and they charged me for fertilizer.. which i did not ask for or think i needed. AND my lawn has crab grass and weeds still.
how should i handle this?

Did you get charged last year for fertilizer?
do you have a schedule for when they apply certain treatments or for what is upcoming? if not, maybe ask them so you can let them know what you do/don't want them to do
as for the weed treatment, i'd ask them their policy and say you'd expect to only pay for one treatment until the weeds are gone otherwise how do you know they're even applying the stuff and not charging you anyway?

Consider that weed killer is pesticide and not good for any of us, especially children.
