Has anyone done a hotel/winery tour combo out east?
Looking for suggestions on a hotel out east that also has a winery tour package. Or would also be interested to hear about separate affordable tours once there even if not done through the hotel. Thanks!

Has anyone done a hotel/winery tour combo out east?
check out East Wind they have great tours
I went and we went to about 3 wineries, they had a boxed lunch and then an overnight stay with brunch. we had a great time

Did this last year-- check out their Great Escape and Winery packages.
It was wonderful!
