1st Birthday
I’m not super close with the parents but I have known them for years. I guess they are more of acquaintances than friends. They have invited us to their house in the past for parties but we always had prior plans. They live close by and since I am expecting they invited us to the 1st birthday of their daughter. I don’t want to spend a fortune but I don’t want to be too cheap either. Do I just get an outfit? A toy? One of each? Any other special recommendations?

I would probably get an outfit--it if wasn't expensive, maybe an day outfit & pajamas.
