One thing I loved at my old job was a masseuse who anyone in the company could book for 10 minutes for $5. Another thing was a sleeping room. It had a bed, but you provided sheets and blankets. If your case made you stay super late you could book it for an overnight or even an hour, if need be. Car service for taking you home after work if you worked super late at night. Birthday lunches. Cash bonuses at Christmas in addition to your annual raise and bonus. It was $100-150 but that was such a wonderful perk. Oh at another job, you could purchase a weekly farm share and it would be delivered to you at work.

-Good kitchen with good coffee & an assortment of teas;
-free vending machine in the kitchen (not so good for the waist line)
-Bagel Fridays
-Casual Fridays
-Fridays in the summer - close at 2
-3/4 days prior to a holiday (for the major ones)
-Always Christmas Eve and Christmas Day off, most of the time the day after Christmas too.
-Monthly free lunch

Jeans every day! It's a large co., but they just changed the dress policy. It's the best thing ever
Summer bbq's. Raffles for employee appreciation. They do sports theMed days. Wear your fav baseball tee, football, etc.

- Free mini bagels on Fridays
- 3 Fridays off in the summer (our version of Summer Fridays)
- Free movie previews a few days before release (I work for a entertainment company)
- An awesome holiday party for employees kids

I don't work but DH's company does some really nice things.
Every Friday you can wear jeans, Thursdays too if you allow them to auto deduct $5/wk from your paycheck for charity.
They do early release before company shutdowns.
They shutdown 1.5 to 2 wks for Xmas and a week for 4th of July. It's paid time off.
They do a 9/80 workweek from Memorial Day to Labor Day so DH has off every other Friday during that time.
At Thanksgiving, they give out 20lb Norbest turkeys to everyone in the company.
They host a Xmas party every year at Villa Lombardis and they have on site BBQ lunches for employees to celebrate certain holidays in the summer.
They give very substantial Xmas bonuses every year.
There is a cafeteria on site at his company, on your birthday they give you a free lunch ticket.
When you have a baby, they give you a nice size savings bond for your child.

Well, just as I read this post there was a stampeding herd of co-workers running to the front of the building where Mr. Softee is waiting - he comes each day around 2-2:30pm
But yeah lots of great benefits here and nice perks -- just had to add this as the timing was ironic. Not that the job pays for it but people go bananas when he shows up
ETA - as far as a job benefit, the health insurance and the pension. can't get better than that.
I meant to respond to this earlier but I think the food truck idea is amazing. We have Mr. Softee too, but are a huge building with no cafetria for patients and a crappy vending machine in the dingey maintenance area.
Most of the patients are dropped off and can be there for half a day for treatment. I have patients come up to me at least twice a week asking if we serve food in the building, or they feel dizzy and could go for a muffin or juice.
I wonder if they need to be approved to come on site because this would help solve a lot of safety issues too with people trying to walk somewhere to get food that they shouldn't be walking.
I'm definitely going to suggest!!!

We take turns bringing in breakfast on Fridays for the whole office. Bagels, pastries, whatever. It comes to about 2-3 times per year per person, and the rest of the Fridays you get to enjoy a nice free breakfast

can't complain about my company, we got some nice perks:
- wfh 4 days a week
- pension & 401k matching
- 4-6 weeks of vacation depending on yrs of svc
- catered lunch and learn
- discount programs with vendors
- fancy holiday party
- bonus program
- paid maternity leave
- half day fridays b4 major holidays
- cool coworkers you actually want to befriend

We have AMAZING health insurance. I mean, they did sign me up for the wrong one during open enrollment. And then my claims got denied because HR had me in the system as a man. But the insurance is good!
OP, I work in healthcare as well. It is notoriously a low morale industry because hospitals generally treat their employees like crap and the workload typically outweighs the pay. I'm assuming you can't hand out bonuses, which is all any of us really want
I haven't participated in any of these, but my hospital used to give a day off if you donated blood (they stopped this), you get something like $200 if you complete some health survey.
