Coconut sugar
Anyone use this? Saw some in the aisle with all the sugars and sweeteners, is it better for you or taste better than sugar?

I just bought at trader joes. Didn't try yet but I bought to make a body scrub lol.

Coconut sugar
Sugar is sugar, but it has a lower glycemic index than refined cane sugar. It definitely has a stronger taste than traditional cane sugar, as well.....and its not as sweet. I have some in my freezer when I prepare paleo-approved baked goods/desserts. I also use it as the sweetener when I make my cranberry-cherry sauce for the holidays. Its one of the only sweeteners (along with raw honey) thats paleo approved in moderation. Certainly wouldn't use it in my coffee, though....
