Website/Thread to see if you're owed money??
Recently, a genius fellow LIFer posted a link to a site where you can search if you have FOUND money or money that you're entitled to that you didn't know about. I ran my entire family through it and found that my mom was owed over $100 from her former employer from a gabillion years ago and she just recently received her check. Awesome.
It also stated that my dad was owed something when I looked but I needed to dig up documents to copy and send them. So, I did.
Now, I'm looking back for the website and can't find it. So, I searched for the thread and no luck!
Can anyone bump it or find the link for me?
I'm so sorry!
Here I am with a copy of my dad's mortgage deed from 1979 
Then, he gave me an ID card with his name and that address on it - you should SEE the bitchin' haircut.

Its the NYS unclaimed funds if I'm not mistaken.

I found for my mom a few years back from some credit card company back in the 90's. She thought it was bull so she never listened to me...forward to last year she finally did it and got well over 2k in a check!

It was for goods and services not delivered. I don't recognize the name though... and it was just from 2014. My memory isn't that bad!!!
ETA - I looked it up and it's related to Bed Bath and Beyond... Interesting...

Definitely worth it to put a claim in! Last year DH got back over $600 and just a few weeks ago it was brought to my attention he had his name listed again from some Health ins company. We got a check for $331 back last week!

$$ is owed from my insurance company....wants me to put in my ss# is that ok?
Plus it wont let me process because it is under my old address? Do I call??

Im skeptic because it is saying money is owed from my insurance company from a date that I appealed for a surgery.
