Like her head was photoshopped on or something?
Something seems odd to me.
Like look at the line where her jaw touches her hair. It seems strange.

Yes, you're right. And her hands are less orange than her face. If it's not photoshopped some poor spray tan worker is getting fired.

I agree the picture looks really odd. It doesn't look real. The glasses don't look like they belong and the coloring of her face and make up is off.

The only thing I can think of is that Ariana made her Photoshop that photo before the fan went on her way. I've heard many many rumors where either she or someone in her staff does this before a photo can be posted to social media.
I don't know if it's true, but it sounds in line with her behavior

Maybe there was some sun glare in the above instance LOL
I just checked out her Instagram account, and she's looking very dark lately. I don't know if she's trying to look african american, but she looks ridiculous that's for certain.
