I quit somewhere mid season but I put it on tonight

Anyone watch the American horror story finale?
I'll be back to comment on this later. I'm hoping DS naps so that I can watch it then.
The season itself has been eh for me. I can watch it but I have zero feelings for anyone in it. I hope bet and dot die, they annoy me. Actually I hope Dandy lives because even though he's the villain, he has the most captivating story line to me.
Guess I will see soon!

I didn't watch it yet. I started out LOVING the season, ending up just liking it. I think it had great potential. The whole Twisty storyline had me at hello. Dandy is amazing.
I am excited to see the finale, though.
I'll watch it tonight hopefully.

Anyone watch the American horror story finale?
Finishing the finale now.
Eh.
I if never have to listen to Jessica Lange sing again in my life, it'll be too soon.
And I'm sort of annoyed that they keep wrapping the series endings up in neat little happy packages. For once I'd like it to end horribly.
I hope they don't get Jessica back next year. They need to revamp the whole show to get me to watch again.

i really did not like last season, and barely tolerated this season but for some reason kept watching.
Last night, i turned to DH and said 'i'm bored with Dandy killing all these people'. Seriously.. that's how predictable and boring this show has become!
It ended fine, but man they need to totally end this show or start over with a new cast. Soooo over everyone

This season was mediocre at best. I hated the finale. It was like oh here, almost everyone needs to die - but the people that don't die get happy endings. I hated the Elsa got to go to what amounted to as freak heaven after she was the pretty much the reason they all died. And I really could have done without Jimmy marrying/getting the twins pregnant.

i stuck with it but this season was a major let down bummer. it seemed pretty pointless and there wasn't a lot of cohesion. like, dandy wanted to be a singer? he wanted to get married? since when?

yup, this! the finale of this season was crazy though. the season kinda stunk mostly. i hope next season is better!

Yea, I kind of hated this season (and last) but I keep watching. I thought the last 2 episodes at least kept me interested. The singing was awful though, hated those scenes. The accent was annoying. It was the first time I couldn't stand Jessica Lange's character. I hope they can get back to what it was in Seasons 1 & 2. They were AMAZING!

what was stanley freak manhood??? Was it a foot? did he have elephantitis? Everyone gasped when they saw it... I thought it would end up in a jar some where.

I LOVED this season.
The finale was ehhhh. They definitely glossed over Stanley.
I also cannot stand Jessica Lange. God awful.

I just read that the big deal with Stanley's peen was that it was 13" long.

I loved that they turned Stanley into the new Meep!
And although Elsa didn't deserve to go to "heaven", it was like Kathy Bates' character said, stars don't pay...
I liked the happy endings for the few that got them.
I was NOT a fan of this season at all except for Dandy and Neil Patrick Harris' stories.
I heard that the clue for next season was the top hats on the coffee cups in this season.

Anyone watch the American horror story finale?
This season was a soap opera- too mushy and dialogue based. I loved the first two seasons. Last season was okay. I wanted to give up on this season so badly. We get it- Jessica Lange can play drunk/on pills very well. I want her to not be a hot mess for once! I loved her before she was drunk season 2. There was such little horror in this season! I'm glad they killed most people though. It saved the season a bit, though I will NOT be buying this season!

What they did to Stanley was directly from the movie Freaks from the 20s. That part I loved.
I didn't understand though because they showed the twins and other freaks in jars but maybe that was Stanley's fantasy?
I feel this season was a bait and switch. Killer clown and freaks pull you in, then the clown dies and everyone is just boring and whiny. Dandy's creepy potential, everything gets poured down the drain.
My favorite season was Asylum. I'm currently watching Coven.

Asylum was the best one by far
Although they are all based on true stories asylum was The Scariest and most real
You should just stop watching coven. Lol

They ran away and came back with their families to thank the freaks. It was actually one if the happier episodes!

I guess I am in the minority, but I absolutely LOVE Jessica! She plays her characters so well.
But out of all of them, this season was the least enjoyable for me.
