Birthday invitation issue- no envelopes?
We booked my son's 5th birthday last week and at the end of the phone call, the woman I was speaking to said that she would mail the invitations and my receipt to me. I got the envelope in the mail and the invitations were printed on regular 8.5x11 paper and needed to be folded into quarters to make the card. However, they did not include envelopes. So I have all these invitations that I filled out and folded and no envelopes to mail them in. This is fine for his classmates, but obviously not for the ones i need to mail. There is nowhere on the invite for me to write an address and just mail it by itself. Is this normal? Am I missing something? Does anyone know where I can get a bunch of envelopes that would fit that size paper?

Birthday invitation issue- no envelopes?
I would think you can go to any stationary/pale goods store for envelopes. The type of store that prints invitations. Like lion in the sun in Huntington for example. Or maybe call the place back and see if they have them and just forgot to send them.

Staples, but if you are going to run there Id call the place first to see if they just forgot to send.

Staples has colorful envelopes that I think are the size you need but as the PP stated, I would call the place first to see if they forgot to send them

you can def. just get them at staples. I have made my own invites before and have just gotten a box of envelopes from there

If you fold it in 3 it will fit reg buisness envelopes. Fold top down half way, then fold again. It will fit the long skinny envelopes

Go to CVS, Target, Walmart, etc, buy a box of Christmas cards on clearance for pennies and use the envelopes.

I agree with BargainMama.
Or - I ordered 4x6 photo envelopes from Amazon - they were pretty inexpensive (I think around $4 for 50).
