We're surprising DD1 (turning 4 on Wed) with tickets to Disney on Ice Princesses & Heroes this week. DD2 will be one on Tues. I just learned that I could bring her without a ticket. She's generally an easy going baby, but I just wonder if she'll do okay during the show. I think she'll like the music and movement, but I'm not sure about sitting for that long. Thoughts?

My son is 10 months and sits through entire hockey games. Just bring some toys or snacks in case she gets bored.

My friends brought their ones year olds, some did well, some didn't. Depends on the kid. Bring lots of snacks as backup.

If you already have childcare, I would leave the 1yo at home.

If you and DH are planning to attend with your older daughter, I would just bring the 1yo.

Yeah, that's the issue. DH was planning on coming and two Grandmas so I'm not sure who I'm leaving the baby with. DH offered to stay home (twist his arm Chat Icon) but I know DD1 would love it if he was there.

Bring the baby.
I've brought DD at 8 & 9 months to lots of stuff.
Most time, it went well.
If you & DH both go, you can pass around baby if it gets too hard.

I took my 18 month old to Frozen on ice and he sat there totally captivated... I never saw that coming!!! But he knows the stories and the songs so I think that's why it held his attention
