So annoyed with Disneystore.com (Elsa dresses)

The other day I was able to place an order for the Elsa costume when they were in stock. I ordered a 7/8 for my daughter. When it arrived tonight, I opened the box and it was a size 5/6! Of course they are completely sold out and customer service said they will not be restocked until late Sept, at which point I can't even be guaranteed the size that I ordered- basically I'll have to stalk the website just to possibly end up with the size they sold me.

(Total first world problem, I know. Was just excited to see DDs face when she opened it. )

So annoyed with Disneystore.com (Elsa dresses)

They did this to me a few years ago with a Minnie Mouse costume. They sent me a size too big, told me to send it back (at my expense) and then when they received it, oh they no longer had the size I needed.

I have to say Disneystore.com costumer service is not that good. :(

I think it's ridiculous that they can't correct their own mistakes and with the demand for frozen that they don't have a few more dresses at their disposal.
