Re: Nursery school question
Many will have an available space with a drop out & want to fill it.
Ours fills up, but has people join in jan.

Re: Nursery school question
A few told me that you can't register to start in January, but you can call in January and see if there is space available.

Re: Nursery school question
I started my DS in January with no issues. It is at a temple in NJ where I first did the Mommy and Me classes then added transition and then told them in the late Fall I wanted him to start in January after winter break.

Re: Nursery school question
The kids I send/sent my kids too do have that option. The school has a 2 1/2 year old program and you have to be that age when you start and you have up until January. So DS started in October DD#1 started in January DD#2 started in September
They were all fine.

Re: Nursery school question
I don't know if DD's school regularly does this, but they ended up adding a second 2 1/2 year old class in Jan because there was a big enough wait list of people who couldn't get in for Sept.

Re: Nursery school question
Yes, many do because people move or situations change. But you might not know until very close to when you'd want to start.
