Wanted to get my best friends daughter a pair of earrings
She's a baby
Are baby earrings different than kid earrings?
Does macys have a baby and kid jewelry section?

The only difference is the size of the earrings. I agree with the pp I would buy 14kt gold for a baby.

When my doctor pierced DDs ears, they got bioplast earrings. No turning, no infection.

Kohl's has a great selection of little earrings for babies and kids. Really pretty ones, and the quality is nice, and real gold.
