What temperature is your LOs room set to and what do they wear to bed for summer?

DDs room is set to 74 and some mornings she wakes up cold. Other days sticky. She wears a onesie and a sleep sac. Tonight she woke up at 11:30 (very out of character for her) with what looks like prickly heat all over her neck and back. I am thinking maybe she's too hot, but the thought of her being in a room set between 68-72 without a blanket makes me concerned she will be cold.

I have a real issue with temperature because I have a circulatory disease and as a result I am usually cold. Asking me to create an environment with a comfortable temperature for anyone besides me is so difficult. It's like asking someone who is color blind to put together a matching outfit.

I would think 74 may be a little too warm. We usually try to keep DS' room between 70-72 when we have the AC on. Last night we didn't turn on the AC but his room was between 70-74 with a ceiling fan on. He sleeps in a light weight sleeper and swaddle.

I have no clue what the temp is in ds room. In the summer he is usually in short jammies and then winter long pants. Spring and fall it's a combination of the 2. They will let you know if they are uncomfortable.

The AC is kept on all day and we have it set to 72. DS wears long sleeve pajama shirts and pants. We even put footies on him.

Dd's room varies in temp, but we have the central ac on. She's either in s/s shirt and pants or l/s top and pants. Nothing else and she's always fine. Better to be on the colder side than the warmer side for safety reasons

DD's room is the same temp as the rest of the house. We usually keep it around 68-70. She sleeps in either a sleep n play, a long sleeve onesie, or just a diaper and then sleeps with a sleep sack.

Ac set to 70-71. I usually do a short sleeve shirt and pants. But she has a blanket but doesn't keep it on. She's usually perfect. Sometimes she feels cool but that's usually b/c it's not that sunny out in the morning so the house hasn't warmed up but it's never woken her.

That sounds a lttle warm to me. I feel like she's warmer at night her body temp anyway

Dd room is set to 73 - but humidity is a big factor. Sometimes when it's so hot/humid out I need to lower the ac to about 71 to get our the moisture in the air

Ever kid will be different. We keep our AC at 70 at night. Dd usually wears short sleeves and either shorts or pants. Blanket she will either leave on or kick off. Regardless I think 70 is a perfect temp

Under 1 her room was at 68 in a sleep n play, window unit with a temp set.

over 1 totally different (in Texas) central AC
House is never under 74 generally 76-78 and the temp is actually cooler in reality. We all sleep with blankets. At 5, she has a huge princess fluffy comforter and on top of that she puts her toddler bed blanket (tinkerbell). LOL Long pant PJs and a short sleeve shirt.
