Transitioning to whole milk
How did you do the transition to whole milk? I have heard a whole milk/ BM or formula mixture is usually easiest. I do not have a large stash of frozen BM saved so I have been trying to pump and store when I can. Not sure now much I need or how long I should expect this transition to last.
Any advise would be helpful. I plan to start this transition next month when she turns one.

Transitioning to whole milk
Starting at 12 months I started transitioning to milk. Every day I would add .5oz of milk. I did this for all 3 bottles each time. For example Day 1- 6oz formula, .5oz milk Day 2 - 5.5oz formula, 1oz milk
You get the idea.

Transitioning to whole milk
I started replacing formula with whole milk @ 11 months. One ounce in each bottle for a week then two ounces the next week. Continued till her 5 oz bottle was all whole milk.

Transitioning to whole milk
My pediatrician said to try just giving my son whole milk and switch it cold turkey. My son had no issue so I never mixed formula with whole milk

Re: Transitioning to whole milk
I have been giving my DD a few ounces in a cup every now and then. She is EBF and I'm home for the summer so she doesn't even get a bottle now so I figured we would just do the transition in a cup. I still plan to BF but I would love the option of giving her milk instead when we are out and about since I have about given up on wear nursing friendly clothing. I don't mix the milk with anything because I don't have anything to mix with! She seems ok with it every now and then.

Transitioning to whole milk
Transitioned from EBF to whole milk right before DD turned 11 mos due to low supply. My ped gave the ok and said just offer the whole milk and see how she does. She was fine with it.
